Every couple spends so much time planning for the big day! If you do not have a coordinator in place, you will easily get consumed by the stress of making sure every detail is in place. But that's not what the day is about. That's where Kayla comes in! She will help take away those worries so you and your soon to be spouse can embrace your special day. It's easy to think that your bridal party will be able to help you on that day. But actually, they are very busy preparing themselves and enjoying the day with you. I had ELEVEN bridesmaids! Yes, I said eleven. None of them were able to make sure those last minute details were in place. It's easy to get distracted when you're in a wedding party. Kayla's focus that day is on those small details that you worked so hard to have in place. I gave Kayla a huge laundry list of responsibilities on the day of our wedding. From placing bows on the church pews, to getting breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, to even coordinating with the bakery the time and placement of our wedding cake. She did it all! And I didn't worry bit! I'm a super type-A personality. I wanted our wedding to be a certain way and I knew I could trust Kayla with those responsibilities. And she didn't let me down in any way! Kayla goes the extra mile for you. Those small things add up to making a huge difference for your big day. For example, she plated a meal for my husband and I at the reception so we didn't have to walk through the buffet, which gave us more time to talk to our guest. In addition, she frequently offered me water throughout the day so I wouldn't get dehydrated. She does the things that allow you to sit back and relax. With Kayla, you won't have to question if a certain task was done. You can trust that it was. She works with you up to the day of your wedding. She knows what you want and will offer suggestions of things you might not have thought about. She will never force her opinion on you because she wants to make your wedding what you always dreamed it would be. She's the perfect blend of sweet and sassy. She will do every thoughtful thing possible for you while handling any "messy" mishaps throughout the day. My husband and I were so grateful for Kayla on our wedding day.

Her precision, attention to detail, generosity of time, and genuine care for everybody involved: these are only a few of the countless characteristics that make Kayla the most wonderful wedding coordinator. I hate to even imagine our wedding day without her! She thought of so many details that we never would have thought of, and she put all of our minds at ease during preparation and the big day itself. As the bride, I can say that I was more relaxed, peaceful, and better able to enjoy my wedding day because of Kayla. She did all of the thinking and directing, and I was able to just enjoy each moment and bask in the beauty of it all.

Kayla helped me SO much on my wedding day. I wasn't able to decorate my venue the day before my wedding. So, Kayla organized the decorating process for me. She also helped me stay calm and took care of any last minute issues that are bound to pop up on a wedding day. I would highly recommend Kayla Walton as a wedding planner! She was able to help me stay calm in the planning process and thought of so many special details I would have never thought of. On my wedding day I was so calm and able to relax and enjoy every detail because I knew that Kayla was taking care of everything "behind the scenes". She even found a way to donate all of the hundreds of roses from our wedding so others could enjoy them after we did. I am so grateful for her help!

Kayla saved my life on the day of my wedding! I thought I was an organized bride, but it turned out that there was much I had not considered. Kayla calmly took the reins and made sure that everything went smoothly and perfectly. Kayla contributed to our wedding day with an incredible amount of peace and practical preparation. She took beautiful care of all of the small details of the day. Details such as bringing us our dinner and favorite drink to toast with at the reception and finding my overnight bag which had gotten lost in the shuffle of vehicles. She was so thoughtful handling our needs as a couple, making sure we could simply enjoy the day.  Kayla would provide any bride and groom with a wealth of experience and care specific to them. We couldn't imagine our wedding day without Kayla. We were looking for someone who we could trust that would handle every detail of our wedding day and Kayla most certainly exceeded our expectations. Kayla was always ready to serve and do whatever was necessary to ensure our big day went off without a hitch. What we loved most about having Kayla be apart of our day was how much peace she brought to all of us. Her calm demeanor made it impossible to worry if everything would go as planned. She was an incredible communicator and was able to handle all of those hard tasks with such joy. We greatly appreciated everything Kayla did for us that day. I think our wedding would have looked like a tangled pile of table linens, glassware and twinkle lights if not for Kayla Walton. My husband Tim and I both come from large extended families, which left us deciding whether to cut a handful of dearly loved guests or tobook a fancier venue and ready made table decor. So, we booked a giant old elementary school gym for our reception and invited our entire guest list. This meant swimming in a sea of DIY questions like, "who do we give the key that unlocks the puzzle dance floor after we've left the reception?" and, "how will I get my tiny handbag full of super important but unneeded items after the ceremony?" and, "who will refill the little cup of toothpicks for appetizers?" It was maddening, thinking of assigning our parents and siblings with toddlers to such a massive list of random tasks and knew for certain it would prevent them and us from being peaceful throughout the day.

Enter Kayla Walton, matrimonial genius and detail extraordinaire. She was never without her gentle and calm demeanor and she even, unasked, equipped the guest bathrooms with breath mints, hairspray and Advil. She was the crisis averter, fire extinguisher and tension soother that allowed us to avoid being distracted constantly by housekeeping and focus on the momentous event that was unfolding around us. We are so very grateful for her kind acts of service to us on that day, which allowed us to celebrate the first day of our marriage so peacefully.
